How much does it cost to advertise on rentandhire.ie?

A standard ad costs 35euro+ VAT for 3 months, 60euro + VAT for 6 months and 99euro +VAT for 12 months. You will be able to print an invoice/receipt during the Paypal process.

How many images can I place with my ad?

You can place 4 images or photos to your ad. Photos really do explain what words can't.if you are having difficulty adding your photos contact us at info@rentandhire.ie or 061 307628 during office hours.

How do I add photos to my ad?

First of all, transfer your photos from your phone or camera to the computer you are using to place your ad from. Click the browse button on the placing your ad screen. Choose the photo from your hard drive and double click. Your photo has now been added to your ad. Repeat until you have added the allowed number of photos to your ad. Any problems with this let us know at info@rentandhire.ie

I can't find my ad on the site after paying.

Your ad needs to be approved by us. This is done on a daily basis. After 24 hours, if you still can't find your ad, then please contact us at info@rentandhire.ie or 061 307628.

How can I update/change my ad?

click on my ads on the home page -then enter your original email address you used when you registered and enter your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot your password and we will send it to your email address. -Once you enter your email address and password, you can view your ad to change or add any details. -When you are finished, click on update ad. Your ad is now updated with any changes you have made.

How long will my ad be Live on rentandhire.ie?

Your ad will continue to be advertised on rentandhire.ie for the length of time your payment covered.

How do I Report an ad if the content/language is offensive to me?

Once you have chosen the category and sub-category that is applicable to your Service then your ad will be placed in alphabetical order under your chosen categories.

How do I advertise my Service/Business?

Enter your email address and a password. This password should be something easily remembered by you, but don't worry if you forget it, we can email it to you. Just ask us! Are my payment details secure?

Yes, we use Paypal as our payment provider. Paypal are a secure international payment system. We at rentandhire.ie do not have any access your payment details.

Do I have to give my Contact Name and Address in my ad?

No. You can give as much information as you wish to.You are not required to enter your name or your address.If you provide a service where you travel to meet and work with your customers then you don't need to give your address unless you wish to.

Why do I need to give a county because I provide my Service in alot of different counties?

This is a compulsory section to help your potential customers to search and find services in their area. Pick a county where you are based. If you travel to other counties, then you can mention this in your detailed description on your ad.

What kind of description do I need to give?

It's important that you clearly state what your service involves. Any awards that you may have achieved, qualifications you may hold, special offers you have, opening hours, etc. These are just samples of what you can place in your detailed description. No one knows your service more than you do.

Do I need to add an email address to my ad?

No, but some potential customers may choose to email you with questions they have. Please be aware : if you choose to add an email address then your email address is visible to the public.

What phone number do I add?

It's better to add all the phone numbers that your customers can contact you at. Don't forget to include the area code.
